It is a one-time install with no yearly hanging and no takedown. We plan the runs along your eaves, match the track color to your house, and set up the app with you before we leave.

What are permanent Christmas lights?
An LED track installed under the edge of your roof that stays up all year. It is nearly invisible by day and can show warm white or any color at night, controlled from an app.
Can you see permanent lights during the day?
Barely. The track is slim and color-matched to your fascia, so most people never notice it until it turns on.
Do permanent lights work on tile roofs?
Yes. The track mounts to the fascia under the roof edge, not to the tiles, so it works on barrel tile, flat tile and metal roofs.
Is permanent lighting worth it over seasonal lights?
If you want lights for more than one holiday, or you want everyday curb appeal, permanent lighting pays off because there is no install fee every year. If you only want a big Christmas display, seasonal lights may suit you better. We will tell you honestly on the design call.
Can I pair permanent lights with seasonal palms?
Yes. A lot of homes run permanent lights on the roofline all year and add seasonal palm wraps and hedges for Christmas.
